    WELCOME! ¡BIENVENIDOS!

Dear Parents/Guardians:

I think we are all wondering when we will finally be able to put away our winter jackets and boots and start enjoying our spring clothes and the wonderful smell of flowers. As we look forward to many of our long-awaited Spring activities that occupy family agendas, we ask for your continued support in helping students maintain their focus on learning. Maintaining reasonable and consistent bedtime hours so that students are well-rested and alert throughout all aspects of a day’s learning experiences is important in these weeks of increased daylight hours. Thank you for your continuing assistance and support.

May is the month of Mary, the mother of Jesus and mother of all who follow Christ. Throughout the month of May we will remember Mary in prayer as we gather each Friday morning at 8:30 to pray the Rosary to honor Mary. If you have the opportunity, please join us for this prayer of devotion to Mary who has always been a model of faith and a companion for Christian believers.

May is also the month when we give thanks for our mothers. We ask God’s blessing for all our mothers here at John Paul I. May we always be extremely grateful for their constant care and love.

May is looking like a busy month with many planned activities and important testing for all our students. Please read the newsletter carefully so you are aware of all special events and dates.

Yours in partnership,

Genevieve Kelemen – Principal
Maria Fuentes - Assistant Principal

Queridos Padres/Apoderados:

Genevieve Kelemen – Directora
Maria Fuentes - Sub-Directora
